As an answer to: 17yr old, with phimosis written by Cypher at 17 Apr 2000 08:03:26:
hello Cypher,
>I'm 17yrs old I've also just learned today that I have phimosis. I must admit I hadn't known anything about phimosis, skinbridge, or frenulum breve for that matter until today and for a while I was becoming a bit insecure about what was wrong.Yes theres a lot of info. to digest, I suggest you keep referring back to the summaries on the welcome page http://members.tripod.co.uk/origins/welcome.html
You`ve had two very good answers - the only thing which bothers me is - are you sure its phimotic ring? - phimosis is such a vague term - if the diagnosis fits then the advice already given is appropriate.
>And to Robin and all the people who helped to make and maintain this site, you've helped me more than words can express. Thank you. Thanks for compliments, the only return I`d ask, is to try and give feedback about what the actual sexual problems you experienced are, not only could this often lead to an accurate diagnosis, - but my e.mail box and this forum is full of questions on late treatment - and afterwards (naturally) the "patients" just want to forget the whole uncomfortable process - result: the next batch of "patients" ask again, the next generation goes through the same experience and life goes on relentlessly. - What I need to stop this "relentless taboo" is exactly the sort of embarrassing experiences which men dont talk about ...
Cheers
Robin
