I have this same issue: Betamethasone does not come with instructions for this particular problem and I don't know where to apply the cream.If you got a sensible answer, could you copy me in, please?

The key words here are a VERY SMALL and OUTSIDE and only on the tight place. This isn't like putting moisturizer on your hands or body.
