This is also my experience, but with Betamethasone - I don't know exactly where to apply it, or in what quantity (except that the doctor said 30g tube was enough for the full course) and what to do in the way of stretching exercises.

If you get any better directions when you return to your doctor, could you please copy me in? Thanks
