If you are sure its an adhesion, a skin bridge, then re-read

so that you can impress any adult with your information and your wish to have it removed (by cutting it through).- (the only thing that looks like a skin bridge is frenulum breve - the frenulum is always underneath the glans, where is your bridge?)
