I dont know where in the UK you can get treatment (since im in the US) however just keep calling doctors untill you find one that will treat it properly. My phimosis started the same way and was handled the same was by an ignorant doctor(I at the time was also ignorant) by you description your phimosis can be treated with a cream. however the spliting of your foreskin will lead to scar-tissue that wont stretch and will grow into a tighter phimosis(do to more tears). Dont let that happen or you will be telling the forum about you dorsal slit or circumcision. Dont give up, and be assertive tell the doctor the treatment you want tell him you want the Betamethasone cream.>I have a mild case of phimosis, I can only stretch my fore skin back when not erect. I have been to see my doctor who said nothing cn be done. Also recently I have split my foreskin slightly during sex. I ent back to the doctor who referred me to a specialist. I explained the problem but I think he thought I wasnt telling the truth about the ature of the problem because he tested me for several STD's, all the tests were clear. Doesanybody know where I would be able to get some quality treatment in the UK?
