Exposed glans

I wrote a message a few months ago about a phimosis ast it wasnd thanks to the advice i got i can now fully retract
from reading other messages i decided to keep my glans exposed at all times which i have been doing for about 4 or 5 days now
At first it was very sensitive but it is becoming much more comfortable
It used to be too sensitive too touch but is getting better although masturbation is still only comfortable with the foreskin over the glans
i was wondering if continuing to keep it exposed will desensitise it enough to allow comfortable masturbation and sex or if i will need to do something additional (sorry for going on so long)
