I've now been using Hydrocortisone for about 6 weeks and there has been some improvment, but not much. I can only retract the foreskin if I do it *before* I get an erection, and even then it's very tight. Obviously I want to be able to retract it whenever I want to, and also, not have it tight when it is retracted. I'm continuing with the steroid cream, but I'm starting to think a partial or full circumcision is the only real option. Is there any way of ensuring that you get a "good" circumcision (get it done privately for instance)? I'm terrified of having a botch-job and ending up worse off than I am now.
I think the problem with stretching is that my foreskin is only tight when erect, so unless I can walk around with an erection 24 hours a day (!), it's never really going to stretch very well. Does anyone know if stretching of the foreskin should be done immediately after application of the steroid cream, or doesn't it matter?
