This could be considered an early case of getting skin bridges "fixed" before they had a chance to become serious: when my sister's son was about a month old she took him to a pediatrician for his first visit. At that time the doctor found that remnants of the foreskin had attached themselves to the penis as his circumcision was healing. These adhesions were simply ripped loose by the doctor (to the kid's considerable annoyance), and the incipient problem went away. (It would seem that's the best time in life to get rid of skin bridges!) Cheers, RJK.
