Thanks to all who answered me. I re-examined my penis carefully and tried retracting my foreskin slooowly. I managed to retract it to just below the glans, can't go any further because of my frenulum. Is that enough for sexual intercourse or does the normal foreskin retract further than that?

My foreskin is also very tight when my penis is erect. I need to retract it very carefully and slowly, and I feel slight pain and discomfort even at this speed. Is this Phimosis?
