Well, i have been using the betamethasone 0.025% cream every other day like the doc said for one week now ( he said use every other day for two weeks ).
I can't say that so far there's any impressive results. maybe a further 5% improvement. The canasten HC cream cured about 85% of the problem and the betamethasone about another 5% maybe. When erect I can now pull the foreskin back over my glans without any tightness at all ( some relief !) and after using the betamethasone i can pull the foreskin down below my glans but it's still bloody tight !.
I will use the 0.025% cream for a further week as instructed but then i think i will wait until my appointment with the urologist in feb.
One thing i have noticed with the betamethasone is that the end of my foreskin has started to take on a transparent-ish (?) condom/durex like texture. very thin and rubbery ( i am on the point of starting to worry ?).
The white " ring " which was quite hard skin has now taken on a pink colour and is not hard skin anymore, it's really softened up. However, it's still tight over my penis when erect and pulled back over the glans.
