The white ring ( if you have one ) will more than likely be UNDER the foreskin but near the very tip.

My foreskin ( when flacid ) is also about 1/2" - 3/4" long, it looks like a turtle neck pullover lol. But until last feb. i had no probs ( when fully erect ) pulling my foreskin easily over my glans and loosely all the way back down the shaft.

After using the various creams i can now fairly/quite easily pull the foreskin over my glans when erect and my foreskin doesn't bunch up under my glans anymore BUT it's still bloody tight to pull back down.

So, life begins at 40 eh, not if you get phimosis it doesn't. it as good as ends :(
