Hi sman,
I can roll my skin back when soft, but very little when hard. Just hurts too much. It's never been a problem for sex. Have had it with a condom and bare and no problem either way. Guess it depends to a big extent on how lubed the woman is before you try penetration. If she's not lubed up well, then use something like KY or Astroglide to make it easier.
