the white ring is in all sorts of different places, hummm it was John in his phimotic rings and rubber bands letter who summarised it as having different tensile strengths in different places - my phimotic ring was only visible on TOP

so, after a brief read of this thread, if Mr. UK dude has no ring, but he has a tight foreskin and its very sore and even fearfully painful then I guess this is frenulum breve and its high time Mr. UK dude took a look at my welcome page (the welcome page from this forum)
