My son has none retractable foreskin - a thinner area about 3/4 of the way down toward the penis. We saw a pediatric urologist yesterday. He gave us the steriod cream to try for 4 months, but said it only has a success rate of about 30 %. The rates I have seen have been higher. He said that more than likely he will have to be circumsized. I think it is more difficult to find a doctor familiar with uncircumsized boys in the US. If anyone can recccomend a doctor in the States, I would appreciate it.
