Check out the letter two entries under this one, its called something like "Cant retract my foreskin" :- the guy talks about white flakey things - my suspicion is this is a remnant of epithelial adhesions, some sort of white film on the glans has been reported (by a doctor to me personally) during puberty which he had to keep cleaning off, ... so I`m just guessing, but I also remember this white film, and it stands to reason that this film could form crusts
anyway the suggestion is that you wear the foreskin retracted and let the glans mature a bit ...
