torn frenulum. Should I go to doctor?

i have a problen. i was masturbating when I felt pain and my penis started bleeding. I noticed that the skin witch connects foreskin and glanss was torn off. It has been 1 week after it and just wonder that do i have to go to doctor, because there is no scar. Im 15yo.
