You say there is no scar. If as this implies you also have no raw, bleeding tissue at the site of the tear, the problem is correcting itself & probably does not need a doctor's attention. If however there is pain, bleeding or signs of infection (pus, swelling, etc.), you probably would be helped by going to a doctor. Frenular tears such as this sometimes heal quickly without special attention, and if this is so in your case you can count yourself fortunate & move on weith your life. Best wishes, RJK.
