When my penis is fully erect, I can only retract the foreskin about halfway past the glans. When flaccid, I can get it all the way behind the glans. If the foreskin gets "trapped" behind the glans I cannot retract it back until my penis goes flaccid again. Even then, the foreskin doesn't roll back smoothly by itself - I have to jiggle and guide it back and manually unroll it. Needless to say, this affects my sex life.
What can I do about this?
