Fear of Glans Exposure

Well I am trying!

I'm trying to wear my foreskin back when flaccid but i can only stand it so the very tip is well, not even exposed, more just visible.

I just tried it when erect, very disappointing. I just CAN'T pull it back. I'm scared to, simple as that, blind fear turning into panic. My heart starts racing. So I can't even tell if it will go back, because I can't bring myself to try.

I KNOW it's not natural the way it is, and I can't believe I'm so scared at what is only pain. I don't fear the pain, two bad car accidents saw to that, I can stand a lot of pain.

I need to see a shrink rather than a urologist, I think!

Can anyone help me with this fear?
