I CAN'T CUM DURING SEX BECAUSE OF PHIMOSIS!

I am so frustrated! I have had a tight foreskin for years, and about 3 years ago I saw a doctor for a prescription to 1% testosterone cream. Since then I have stretched and now am able to pull back the foreskin when erect. However, I still am tight at the topmost part of the foreskin and I still have a "phimotic ring", even though I have been stretching for 3 years!!!

It especially sucks now because I have been having sex with my girlfriend, but I get LITTLE TO NO ENJOYMENT OUT OF IT! It sucks, I never even come close to cumming (the only way I can cum is thru masturbation). How can I eliminate as fast as possible this remaining phimotic ring and tight skin?? I don't want surgery, I just want the names of some better and faster-working creams!!!
Will I enjoy sex once my foreskin is fully stretched??? I feel like the phimotic's ring's tightness inhibits me from having pleasurable feelings in my penis. Sex is not really painful, it just feels like I am getting no stimulation at all. :-( Sex has become a chore for me.

Also, I was wondering if there is such a thing as stretching the foreskin too much, because i have been stretching it a lot to speed up the process. I don't know how much longer my girlfriend is going to want to have sex with me. It makes me so bitter that by the time I get this foreskin stretched so that I can actually enjoy sex, sex may no longer be available. But I am terrified that I will damage my foreskin nerve endings by stretching too much or putting too much cream on...
