Partial Circimcision... treatment of phimosis

I'm having a hard time retracting the skin when erect. I've searched the internet hi and lo about the pros and cons with a full circ and stumbled across the partial circ option at the www.male-initiation.net website.

I like the idea of a partial but was hoping for more feedback and experience from anyone that has had this done. I like the idea of keeping my skin and think a partial circ would work fine since my phimosis is at the very end of my skin.

I'm wondering if anyone has had a bad experience with a partial and needed a full after? Anyone know a urologist willing to do a patial near the western part of Canada (vancouver)?

I'm getting married in May to my fiance overseas and want a happy, healthy sex life but I need to decide really quick as to whether I'm going full or partial. Any insight would help?
