In the army estrogen was sometimes given to cool off the patient (usually a late teenager) while his circumcision was healing, and prevent undue (and painful) pressure on the stitches when the nurses came around. There was no danger, but it was sometimes a morale problem because erections just didn't happen until it wore off, a matter of several days. My feeling is, if you're going to get circumcised, don't take anything for erections unless the doctor advises it.
But if you do take it, it isn't likely to do you any harm. Good luck! RJK.
