I've been put on hydrocortisone 1% cream. From looking through dermi websites, hydrocortisone is the lowest concentration type of steriod cream and but who knows the difference, i'm not a doctor. After using the cream for around 1 week i find that my "ring" can be stretched 2x its size. I hope i can get it all over w/o a surgery.

Do I have to keep the foreskin stretched for longer period? Do I need to pull it down to a point that it feels painfull and maybe a little bit more?
