My doctor told me that it would take the cream a week or two to work on the skin and then to begin trying to pull my foreskin back. The application amount was the tiniest bit just where my foreskin was tight and to do it two or three times a day if possible. Then, after the first week to begin trying to pull it back. I didn't care about this but my mum decided I couldn't clean myself properly and either I got the skin back or she would have me circumcised. She also wanted to supervise that I used the cream and put it on properly, but I told her no way.

It took me about two months or maybe a bit more, but I finally was able to show the doctor that I could pull my foreskin right back.

I don't know what the fuss was all about really, I never had any problems before, haven't had any since. One good thing, I always wondered what it would be like to have it pulled right back and now I know. Can't say I enjoy the feeling at all, pretty uncomfortable really.
