I had an operation (full circ.) about 5 days ago, and the reason for not having a partial one, is that the surgeon said that the scar might turn into a 'second phimosis' (that's what I had, phimosis).

Now I'm glad that I did it, and it's nice to know that with a full circ, you're completely cured. On the other hand, a partial might have been as good enough as a full one, but for it's too late to bother myself with that now ;)
