Pain after ejaculation

I am 20 years old and on 1 occasion of a wet dream and a couple of times after masturbation i have had a pain or bad discomfort in my tommy and around pubic area, and also a feeling of wanting to go to the toilet (NOT urinating) please could u tell me if this is normal or why it occurs please. thankyou.
