There really are a lot of things in this thread ... first I`d like to agree with John, your own frustration is eating you, first you have to relax get objective -sure its a hell of an initiation some men have to struggle through ... crazy in our so called civilised world ... the main consolation is that lots of other men have similar problems (crazy consolation but still ...)

if you can come masturbating but not with partner they some would say this means its psychological ... my experience on this tells me you are controlling the position of your own foreskin during masturbation, whereas during the involuntary movements of intercourse or felatio the phimosis is causing pain ... but there`s something else going on here ...

have you got frenulum breve or skinbridges or anything else which is hindering retraction and causing the pain --- what is actually causing the pain when you retract ... a little bit of careful objective observation is needed ... and then please check
www.male-initiation.net/welcome.html
and follow the relevant links

also I never heard of tetosorone or whatever cream you tried .. go for betamethasone 0.5 this has a good reputation!
