Hey Canada Guy, I repeat, you may find a general practitioner who can help you nwith a short snip to the tight skin at the very end of your foreskin. A dedicated urologist might frown on this as not nearly as neat as a full-blown circ (let's face it, it's not!) but it heals a lot quicker and should end your problem. (The biggest problem, of course, may be in finding a doc willing to do a minimal, but effective procedure.) LOL, RJK.
