I am a 40yo male uncut. The foreskin will retract fully when soft but will not retract at all when erect. When retracted - the head is very very very sensitive and almost hurts to the touch. Is there any cream I can use to help with this over sensitivity and any way I can get the foreskin to loosen up and retrach fully during an erection. Any help would be appreciated. I skin it back every time I shower and wash with water. Rubbing it hurts like hell - but I still do it for cleaning. Also It stays moist under the skin and smells. Is this normal? I clean with paper after every urination - but it still smells . Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
