Hydrocortisone probably can help in some cases, but betamethasone is the tried and tested way
interesting experience Wayne, did you try the betamethasone for a month and was there no response or just a little response? has the HC cream worked completely or just a little better?
Robin>In the UK you cannot buy Betamethasone ( Betnovate ) over the counter but you can buy canesten HC cream in the chemist and this had more effect on me than the betamethasone
