BUT TWO DAYS EARLIER (SEE BELOW) HE SAID he can't cum because of phimosis.
Does this sound like good advice? No wonder he calls himself BITTER. I would be too.

My opinion, if it isn't already the obvious: If you can't EASILY and COMFORTABLY skin it all the way back, and experience full NORMAL unfettered sexual function and pleasure, then get it cut off -- ALL of it.
