Even then, the foreskin doesn't roll back smoothly by itself - I have to jiggle and guide it back and manually unroll it. Needless to say, this affects my sex life. What can I do about this?
Enjoy it, thats what! Many uncircumcised boys and men would love to have a foreskin that stays back out of the way. We believe it looks and feels better, and theres no question its cleaner, and many of the girls prefer it too.
But there is some information you haven't included, so lets play it safe. If the retracted foreskin is uncomfortable or creates circulation or other problems because it is too tight, this is called paraphimosis and should be treated, either by stratching to loosen it more, or by circumcision.
