I was initially prescribed canasten HC cream ( availible over the counter in the UK). This had an amazing effect and worked within a few days clearing 90% of the problem. I was then prescribed betamethasone 0.025% which cleared up a further 5%.
I can now pull my foreskin back over the glans when erect BUT it's still tight thereafter and a very hard job to pull down any further.
