A very short dorsal slit should do the job & be healed in a few days if you can find a doctor who's willing to use this approach. It's a sure thing that's not excessively painful, heals quickly, and is virtually unnoticedable if the slit is short. (Remember, you said any suggestions!) Best wishes, RJK.
