I recently noticed a small bump under the tip of my penis. It is slightly below the point where the frenulum meets the foreskin and it is sore to the touch. It is under the skin and it is slightly swollen. The frenulum itself looks ok, though. I'm not sure if I've pulled on the foreskin too roughly during masturbation or not. I'm 33 yrs.
Any ideas what it is and how to get rid of it?
