hello Mr. OK
I`ve heard of a small ulcer type growth which can develop very occasionally as a result of the frenulum ripping, - but your bump is under the skin, so there`s no connection. I must inform you that bumps under the skin can indicate cancer - I somehow doubt very much that this is cancer far more likely is just that when we grow old we get warts and knobbles and bumps all over the place - and I suggest it is just such a growth which you have unfortunately exactly by your very sensitive frenulum.

I hesitate - what to do? depends on your psychology (and how good your countries health care and attention is) ... if you are worried then you should go to a doctor ... if you are not worried then leave it a few weeks and see if it vanishes

>I recently noticed a small bump under the tip of my penis. It is slightly below the point where the frenulum meets the foreskin and it is sore to the touch. It is under the skin and it is slightly swollen. The frenulum itself looks ok, though. I'm not sure if I've pulled on the foreskin too roughly during masturbation or not. I'm 33 yrs.
>Any ideas what it is and how to get rid of it?
