I am not an alarmist by any means (and it does depend upon which country you live)but I would see a physician immediately. Any unusual growth whether it is on the penis or any other part of the body should be checked by a trained professional and a biopsy performed to confirm the diagnosis. In many cases, the growth can be harmless but you should not take a chance (the old adage, better safe than sorry). I hope all works out for you.
