Improvement using steroid cream

You don't mention whether you are able to pull the foreskin back
fully *when you have an erection* and whether this is the
uncomfortable time.

I would suggest that for it to be comfortable in the erect state,
you need to keep stretching/ retracting all the time, such as every
time you pee, particularly if you have an erection (thus, when you
get up in the morning for starters).

It may be as well to use the cream again for say a couple of weeks,
each two months, to assist in the process with the eventual aim of a
foreskin that is entirely comfortable to retract/ re-sheath for
masturbation or other sexual activity.
