Any doctor in Argentina ?

I'm from Argentina and i've got a phimosis, but all the doctors told me that i must have a circumcision. But I found information like this in internet and now I know that i have others choises, like creams or dorsal slits :)
I'd like to know if you can tell me what doctors do this kind of treatments or operations in Argentina, cos I can't find any that could help me.
