>Please: advise is needed i am extremely distresed.Hummm, this is a tricky one, I believe you`re talking about something which is called "buried penis" - it is uncommon but not a complete rarity - there are surgical operations which can elongate the penis. How long is your penis during erection? Are you circumcised? (if not dont get circumcised, without the overhang your penis will look even shorter).
The little lumps and pimples might be a sign of puberty, they might possibly vanish with adulthood, or possibly they could be removed, for this you will need to see a doctor.
I must add that for such complaints on this forum we can do no more than offer moral support, - you will need to visit your doctor, if you are in the UK this will mean your family doctor and then probably an appointment with the Urologist in the local hospital ... I suggest you talk first with your parents - they might be able to make a couple of phone calls and avoid the endless waiting lists. It makes a remarkable difference when parents start complaining on behalf of their kids, so please pick up your courage and talk first with your parents, ... the length of the penis may even be genetic, so your father or uncle may have been in a similar situation.
