Treament in the UK

Hi,

I've got a really tight Frenelum (I think - it's "works" when I'm partially erect or "floppy") and it's impossible (and painful to try) for me to retract my foreskin over the head, while the "man" is erect.

I went to see my GP about this, but he said as long as I can pass urine, there's nothing they will do.

I'd really appreciate it if anyone here could a) confirm that this sounds like Frenulum Breve, and b)if it is Frenulum Breve, is there any other way to get it done without going thru a GP - i.e going private?

I'm in the UK, btw.
