Thanks for replying, I really apprciate it. My probelm is as follows:
I have a frenulum breeve. Im 20 yrs old and only recently did I discover that my forskin is suppose to retract back behind my glans. up until now my foreskin has completely covered the head of my penis because the frenulum is to short to fully retract the forskin. I very slowly been able to retract my forskin while erect. When Im not erect, the forskin can be retracted backeasily. but if I pull the forskin back, and I try to masturbate or have sex, then when Im near climax my frenulum is very very tight around the base of my glans and it doesn't allow me to reach orgasm. I can reach orgasm with the forskin fully covering my penis only when I masterbate, but not during sex. You are probably saying, "What's the big deal?" Well sex (and masterbation) feels sooooo much better when my foreskin is retracted, and all goes well until I start to get near my orgasm point, then my frenulum gets very tight and it "restrains" by orgasm. strange huh?...*If there were a way to stretch out my Frenulum, then my problem would be solved...that is why my Urologist gave me this "testosterone .01%" cream...he told me to put it directly on my frenulum everynight before I goto bed. What do you think of my problem? Thanks for your attention and help
