Frenulum angst

I am a young male who finds it difficult to fully retract my foreskin, due to a seemingly short frenulum. It is just possible when my penis is flaccid, but when erect the foreskin will only pull back about 2/3 of the way.
I'm sexually inexperienced, but am worried that this complaint may cause problems later.
Will the frenulum stretch, and the foreskin gradually become easier to pull back?
Any advice appreciated.
