My foreskin will not pull all the way back. Do I need to have the frenelum cut? I would like to be able to clean myself better and enjoy sex better with my wife. I have stretched the skin so that it will pull all the way back when erect, but the skin attatching itself to the tip of the glands keeps it from pulling all the way back. Any suggestions or experiences in this matter would be very helpful in making up mymind on what to do. Thanks Gary
