Hello Guzo - Paul B.

In answer to a very unclear letter from Guzo ... seems like maybe he`s talking about the frenulum ...

If he is then this is an ignorant doctor, and Paul, I disagree with your advice, .. in all my experience on this I have never heard of a frenulum stretching, what can happen is that as a result of stretching the frenulum may rip ... the frenulum cannot be stretched like some forms of phimotic ring.

point a) is it is pure speculation if - if young children with flexible skin stretched their frenulum it might elongate - however I would certainly be against any such experiments.

point b) if you want to be creative and constructive with treatment for frenulum breve, then I suspect that in some forms, a stretching and possibly natural rip may be facilitated by betamethasone.

MAIN POINT
A frenulum which restricts free retraction of the foreskin cannot be left unattended, ignored, pretending there is nothing to worry about.

My advice to Guzo is reread my welcome page and follow the links for frenulum
www.male-initiation.net/welcome.html
try and be a bit more explicit when explaining things ... and then go to another doctor ... at the present state of the science, you need a frenoplasty.
