I'm a 19 year old mail and when my penis is not erect i can pull my foreskin back all the way, however when it is fully erect i can still pull it back behind the glans without too much effort but it feels tight but not really too painfull. Is my condition just not very bad and what advice would u give me, do i not need to worry or are there any creams i could try to make it a bit better and where could i get them from??
