I couldn't retract my foreskin until I was 22. I had to see my GP for something else and he asked if I was able to pull my skin back and I told him that the opening was too tight. He asked if I had any problems or whether it bothered me and I told him no, it was fine the way it was. As I was dressing he told me how to do some simple stretching if I ever felt I wanted to have it go back. I did and within a few months it would slip back easily. I have to say though, that I much prefer to have it forward though.
