I am 18 and recently learned that I have phimosis. From self-examination, I believe it to be a phimotic ring, and therefore wanted to use a .05 betamethasone cream. i checked male-initiation.net, and still dont understand exactly how it is applied. Every report said they applied it to the outside, not the inside. shouldn't you apply it directly to the phimotic ring?

Also, does anyone have any idea where i can buy betamethasone. Is it prescription only, or are they any over the counter creams that contain it that may be used?
