It is assumed you apply it whilst pulling the foreskin back as far as you
can. As such, the tight section will have rolled onto the outside and can be
easily identified. If it wasn't stretched tight, you couldn't accurately rub
it in anyway. It is important you rub it in and don't use too much as you
really don't want it to get on any part other than the tight ring.

No, as before. Incidentally, the ointment form is probably better, and the
"full strength" or 0.1% preparation slightly better than the "half".
