I had a congenital phimosis. But recently the top of my foreskin was infected and became itching. Now a slightly redish, not very smooth stucture developed at the head. Does it mean that the phimosis became a lichenoid type?
I went to see my urologist because of the infection, and he suggested a circumcision.
